We offer shipping and delivery services for machinery purchased through our platform and pickup services for clients selling scrap metal. Services are available throughout Poland and to select international locations upon request.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery or pickup dates are scheduled based on availability and logistical planning. Most deliveries and collections are completed within **2–5 working days** after confirmation. We aim to provide timely updates for all transport requests.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery or pickup charges depend on: – Distance to/from the destination – Weight and size of the equipment or scrap – Required equipment (e.g., crane, forklift, trailer)
Charges will be clearly communicated before scheduling.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure: – The delivery/pickup location is accessible – All necessary access permissions are granted – Accurate address and contact details are provided – Equipment or scrap is ready for loading/unloading
5. Delays
While we strive to meet all scheduled times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or equipment issues. We will notify you promptly of any rescheduling or changes.
6. International Shipping
For overseas machinery deliveries, please contact us directly to confirm export eligibility, documentation, and freight charges.
7. Damaged Items
Please inspect all machinery upon delivery. If damage is discovered, report it immediately upon receipt. Claims made after the delivery window may not be eligible for review.
